A Mixed Post

Last week's weight: 205.8
Loss: 2.0
New weight: 203.8
Total Loss: 5.8

I lost 2 pounds at my WI today, so that was pretty exciting. Then I proceeded to go on a mini binge (3 cookies and a danish). And then DH brought home a pecan pie for our anniversary. So, I'm considering today to be a "free" day & skipping the journaling of my food. I feel really unwell now, so I've gotten my comeuppance. Perhaps I'll remember this day & not ever repeat it. 

I'm still going to post yesterday - not very pretty, but still somewhat in control:

Snowy Sunday

Brrr - it's cold & snowy here. I still went to church - & ate more than I had planned at coffee hour. We all sat around not wanting to go out into the snow. I'm still on course, point wise. But I feel quite bloated today. I'm hoping to return to normal tomorrow. Unless I can't go to work & then LOOK OUT! Heh. Anyway, here's today. Oh - & I did eat something later yesterday & updated the post.

Another Two-fer

I was so disgusted yesterday I didn't even want to talk about what happened. But now it's behind me so I'm going to just post it & get it over with. I stayed home from work & was doing ok until I went to the grocery store. I got really hungry & ate a chunky bar and when I got home I had a WW quesadilla as a "snack." Then I went to help trim the tree at church - earned some activity points there and when I got home I was STARVING. And we decided to get Taco Bell salads. Oh. My. Heavens. The taco bell salad was 24 points! TWENTY FOUR! So, I was over a bit a lot for the day. Sigh.

Today was much better. I earned more APs cleaning the house (I'm tarred!). And definitely made better food choices. Today I actually ate some fruits & veggies! I might eat something later since I had dinner so early - if so I'll come back here & add it & mention it on tomorrow's post.
